Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Provider Portal
Go to /provider from your browser or click "Provider Portal" from the Admin Dashboard. The portal is PIN-protected — no one can access it without the access code.
Enter your access code
Type your provider access code into the field and click "Access Portal". The default demo code is CERB-2026. Your administrator may have set a custom code via the PROVIDER_PIN environment variable.
After 3 failed attempts, the portal will display a "contact administrator" message. A 600ms delay is enforced on each wrong attempt to prevent brute-force access.
Session is active for 8 hours
SecurityOnce authenticated, your session is stored securely in the browser. You will not need to re-enter the code for 8 hours. Use the "Lock" button in the top-right to end your session early.
This guide covers the current feature set of Cerberus Verify ID. Features marked as "on the roadmap" — including database persistence and live session config editing — will be documented here as they are released. For support, contact your system administrator.
